EVE, A Game About Space Ships!!!

While I wait for that day to come, when the letter comes in that says "Hey, Greg! You're going to Canada!" I bide my time trying to find things to occupy my mind. In a way, games do that for me, and they do it well. My apologies for talking about a game rather than art, but seriously, I'm bored in my little paid for cardboard box in Norway. Lately I've been far more active in an old game known as EVE, and I've finally after several years found my way out into the more dangerous and law-less regions. Let me tell you, it was scary at first.

Not Dead Yet

I just want to reassure people that this isn't dead.  That I do intend to continue.  I've found myself in a bit of a pickle though, and my life is all topsy turvy.  I'm still in Norway, and Canada has said I need to wait until May before I can apply again.  Sucks, but that's the way things go. =)  I have packed my camera, so I can't do that.  I've also no desire to paint in this public apartment I'm in.  It feels weird, and not comfortable.  I've always needed to be comfortable to do my hobbies.  I have been doing a bit of art work, but I'm a little weird about posting my drawn art.  Here's one image I did recently while listening to a song about fire flies.  I've been trying to break out of 2D side stuff and into more of a 3/4th's view.  This was fun to make, it started with a sticky sketch on my work PC =)

Telion of the Space Marines

So it's been a long week or two with a lot of things going on.  Rumor has it, I'm moving.  We'll see if that's the case when the time comes!  However, things are looking a little more exciting as time goes on.  Despite that, I've been having to pack up all my things so that I can get out of my apartment by February 28th and into the company apartment.  Why am I stating all of these things?  It means that my camera and stuff is likely going to get packed up and I won't have it available with me when I move to the temp apartment, and likely won't have access to it again until after all that jazz gets to Montreal, and not to mention, I get there too.  So, this is quite likely the last post I'm going to make unless I do something digital that I feel I can show here with out feeling awkward.  Chances of that, are not very likely!

A Rough Month

Still no word on my living arrangements past February, other than a home with four other people.  It's not something I look forward too.  I need to start packing.  It must get done!  However, I have added a few more models to my collection since the end of December.  There's a significant improvement one one, and the other was brand new.
